8. Being Present Meditation – When you are doing something, stop and think about why you are doing it. Ask yourself questions like “Why am I doing this? What does it mean to me? Why am I here?”
9. Giving Thanks Meditation – Give thanks for all the good things in your life. Say thank you to people who have helped you. Thank God for the blessings he has given you.
10. Gratitude Journaling – Write down three things you are grateful for each day.
11. Mindful Communication – Talk to someone face to face. Use eye contact and gestures. Avoid texting or emailing.
